I partnered with WandaWorks when we needed to find and hire a new office manager.
On the first day's assessment work with her, we were able to determine that with the proper procedures and training, the position that had always been 40hr/wk was actually better suited to a part-time employee (20-30 hr/wk). This allowed us to save significant money on benefits and opened a new pool of potential applicants.
While she started the hiring search, she took a deep dive into our procedures, office systems and CRM usage. She was able to create detailed procedures, training manuals and streamline our systems while the applicant search and interviews were underway.
We were able to hire a very well-qualified applicant who was able to step into the position with half the usual training time and supervision than had been the norm thanks to the improved procedures, systems and training manuals. The transition has been so smooth and our communication in the office is seamless.
